Overall planning
During the overall planning, you can sit back, relax and concentrate entirely on yourself. It includes a free and non-binding introductory meeting, suggestions for suitable service providers, accompaniment to viewings and tastings, a color and decoration concept, administrative support with guest management, regular updates on the status of preparations, regular meetings to coordinate details and also coordination on the wedding day.
Partial planning
During the partial planning, we will find out together how I can support you in the best possible way. It includes a free and non-binding introductory meeting, selection of the desired partial services, regular updates on the status of preparations, regular meetings to coordinate details and, if desired, coordination on the wedding day. You decide which areas you would like to organize yourself and which I can take over for you. For example, I can do the location scouting for you, develop the decoration concept or take over the guest management.
Coordination on the wedding day
If you hand over the coordination on your wedding day to me, I will make sure that everything runs smoothly. After all, your big day should not only be a pleasure for you, but also for your witnesses and guests. The coordination on the wedding day includes a free, no-obligation introductory meeting, the creation of a schedule, the coordination of service providers and one or two meetings to coordinate details.

How a collaboration works

In a free and non-binding initial consultation (in person or online), we get to know each other and discuss your ideas, wishes, expectations and budget. On this basis, I will provide you with an offer tailored to your individual needs.

If you are happy with the offer, I will start planning. I create a detailed concept, find the right service providers, coordinate appointments and contracts and organize all the important elements such as location, decoration, catering and music. I will keep you regularly informed and ensure that everything meets your expectations.

Shortly before the wedding, I draw up a schedule, coordinate it again with all service providers and people involved (such as the groomsmen) and make sure that all agreements are adhered to so that everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

On the wedding day itself, I take over the entire coordination and ensure that all service providers work together smoothly. As the central contact person, I take the pressure off you and your guests so that you can enjoy your wedding day to the full.
Frequently asked questions
What does a wedding planner cost?
I offer the overall planning as a lump sum and the price is based on your overall budget. Partial planning and coordination on the wedding day are charged at cost. You will always receive a detailed quote.
How far in advance should we start planning?
This depends on the size of your wedding and the desired date. A lavish celebration with 100 or more guests in summer requires at least one to one and a half years of planning. Some “top locations” are sometimes fully booked two years in advance. A small civil wedding with up to 20 guests can also be planned a few weeks in advance.
Do we have a say in the selection of service providers?
Naturally. Every wedding is unique and my aim is to recommend exactly the service providers that perfectly match your personal dream wedding. Your ideas and your budget take center stage. However, the final choice of service providers is entirely up to you and I do not receive any bonuses or commissions.
What happens if a service provider fails?
If a service provider is unavailable due to illness, I organize a replacement. Most service providers have a stand-in for emergencies and I also have a large network and can offer alternatives at short notice.
