Why hire a wedding planner?

Your wedding planning should be fun!

You already have an exact idea how your wedding should look like, but you don’t know exactly how to realize it? You want to be inspired first and collect a few ideas? You like to plan by yourself, but you don’t know how much time it takes? You have a fixed budget but are unsure whether all your wishes can be fulfilled with it? We will discuss all these questions in a non-binding meeting to get to know each other. This is how we find out which of my services is suitable for you:

Full planning

When you hand over the overall planning to me, you can sit back, relax and concentrate on yourself.

The overall planning includes a free and non-binding meeting to get to know each other, suggestions of suitable service providers, accompaniment to visits and tastings, a color and decoration concept, administrative support for guest management, regular updates on the status of preparations, regular meetings to coordinate details and also coordination on the wedding day.

The overall planning will be charged according to time and effort. Of course you will get an individual offer. If you wish, we can also agree on a lump sum, which will then be based on your total budget.

Partial planning

During the partial planning you decide which areas you would like to organize yourself and which ones I should take over for you. I can do the location scouting for you or work out the decoration concept or take over the guest management. Together we will find out how I can support you in the best possible way.

Partial planning includes a free, non-binding meeting to get to know each other, determination of desired partial services, regular updates on the status of preparations, regular meetings to coordinate details, and, if desired, coordination on the wedding day.

Partial planning is charged according to time and effort. Of course you will get an individual offer.

Coordination

If you give me the coordination on the wedding day, I will create a schedule (“script”) together with you, how the day should run and then make sure that it works that way. After all, your big day should not only be a pleasure for you, but also for your groomsmen and guests.

The coordination includes a free and non-binding meeting to get to know each other, the creation of the script as well as one or two meetings to coordinate the details.

Coordination is charged according to time and effort. Of course you will get an individual offer.

Coaching

During a coaching I support you individually where you need it. Perhaps you would like advice on planning the day’s schedule or choosing service providers? Maybe you need some honest, neutral feedback when choosing your color scheme? Much can, nothing must.

My coaching is charged according to time and effort and costs CHF 100 per hour. You decide to what extent it should be. Coaching is available for as little as one hour.
